The Foundation for C & C Promotion held its 1998 prize ceremony in Tokyo at the Hotel Okura on November 4, 1998. A press release describes the awards. The recipients received certificates and plaque-mounted medallions, and then delivered talks which were simultaneously translated in English and Japanese. The talk by Fernando J.
